Terms of sale

All products are digital files delivered by download. No physical item is shipped. Prices are in euro and [include VAT / VAT is added at checkout based on your country]. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

After payment you receive a download page (also by e-mail). Each file can be downloaded 5 times within 30 days.

Right of withdrawal

Because the files are supplied immediately, you ask at checkout for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is made available. If a file is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Licence

Etsy

The same designs are sold in our Etsy shop SAGIDIGITALDESIGN. Purchases made on Etsy are handled under Etsy's terms; purchases made here are handled under these terms.

Privacy

We store your name, e-mail address, country and order details to deliver your files, for accounting and to answer support requests. Payment data is processed by Stripe (see stripe.com/privacy). We use one functional cookie for the shopping cart and no tracking cookies. You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time, except records we must keep for tax purposes.
